After nearly 10 years as an IT professional, Sean joined Cyberclean in 2020. His experience includes multiple roles, among them help desk/break-fix, network technician and trainer, with a reputation for providing stellar white glove service. He was a key member of two teams performing a PC refresh/deployment project, responsible for imaging, building and deploying workstations. He also worked in another group to build and develop a call center and help desk where none had previously existed for the company. And, at one time, was the sole IT person for a company handling over 300 store locations across the country. With over 20+ years of customer service and technology experience in several industries, including healthcare, transportation, and government services, Sean has dealt with customers at all levels. This has equipped him with the skills to provide solid training, respond to customer concerns and provide a superior experience. Sean enjoys learning new systems and then training customers in how to effectively manage them for maximum effectiveness.
Tyler was born and raised in New York, NY. He received an Associates Degree of Applied Science for Mathematics from Hostos Community College in 2019. He also received a Bachelors of Science for Information Systems from City University of New York School of Professional Studies in 2021. Additionally he received bootcamp certification for Data Science from Coding Dojo in 2022. Attending Masters of Science for Data Science from City University of New York School of Professional Studies graduating in Fall of 2023. Tyler has a passion for technology and ambition to learn. He enjoys racing as a hobby and family as a motivator.
Andrew has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. With over 5 years of experience in autonomous mobile robotics, he has worked with cleaning robots, delivery robots, and material handling robots. He has successfully deployed over one hundred cleaning robots from a variety of manufacturers. Outside of his work deploying and repairing robots, Andrew enjoys science fiction and building useful things. He holds a patent on a portable target game with a ball returning system. He lives in San Diego.
Ed has over 30 years of experience providing the highest level of installation, maintenance and customer support. He has a strong electrical/ mechanical background and has worked on heavy engine equipment, robotics, generators, pumps and control panels. He has 10+ years deploying robots and has deployed over 200 AMRs. Ed earned an associates in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Hallmark Institute of Technology in San Antonio, Texas.
On his spare time, Ed likes fishing, hiking and working out. He attends Gateway Church in Katy, Texas and also loves spending time with family and friends.
David’s knowledge and experience with industrial and High-Tech equipment is rare and varied – he is experienced with High Voltage Electrical Maintenance and Repair, Electronic Maintenance and Repair, Fabrication, R&D, as well as Mechanical and Hydraulic Repair. His skill set is complete with his experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and robotic machines. After 15+ years working with Robots, he is a quick study with any new innovations and can quickly understand what a robot needs to be successful and how the robot should be safely operating in an environment. His overall experience in this industry is unrivaled as he has successfully deployed and provided service for at least five different autonomous cleaning robot operating systems for multiple manufacturers around the globe.
Rob brings with him 27+ years of experience in the construction, mechanical, electrical, and automotive backgrounds. Beginning in the 80s, he has worked with computer driven products from both U.S. and import manufacturers. Designing, building and implementing complete wiring systems for both small and medium equipment. Rob has been working in the robotic field for 16+ years installing and servicing robots for 8 different manufacturers, 5 different operating systems over multiple generations.
Mike has over 20 years of experience providing the highest level of customer support, expert installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. He has a strong customer service background and has worked in robotic data storage, hospital linen dispensing machines, printers , and has deployed over 75 AMRS. He was once awarded a trip to Bermuda with their Masters Club for outstanding job performance and professionalism. He enjoys traveling, working out, and spending his off time with family and friends. Mike pursued business management at Kennesaw State University and resides in Atlanta.
John has over 25 years industry experience employed in project and program management roles by some of the most notable Fortune 500 companies including 3M and General Electric. His expertise is focused on establishing new functions and design strategies and processes to optimize performance. Throughout his career, John has played an important role in product development and implementation, overseeing service engineering, project delivery and post-implementation support for a diverse variety of products and services. As the former Vice President of Services for Intellibot, John has more than 20 years of experience implementing 1000 robots over three generations and transformed the company from an R&D startup to a full service organization, national in reach. This included building the IT infrastructure and processes, as well as the Customer Service, Field Service and Service Engineering functions. John is an electrical engineer by education.
Richard has over 42 years experience in autonomous mobile robots and 20 years as a building service contractor. He co-led the development for the first fully autonomous vacuum cleaning robot AVC1 “Dottie” in 1996 as well as the operational integration of the Cyberworks pre-programmed vacuum cleaner. He co-led the development of multiple technologies for the cleaning industry including the first telephone timekeeping system, a quality control system and computer based training. Richard is a self taught technologist experienced in residential control systems, SEO, HTML, CSS, multiple multimedia production applications and software development.
